"Best Italian dishes we've had in a long time! Must have the figs on the appetizer menu!! Their signature Ravioli & Veal Marsala were delicious & finished our meal with the homemade Tiramisu.....scrumptious!! "Delicious Veal Marsala and an even more delicious Chocolate Tort. One of us got the double dark chocolate ice cream and it was to die for. Big bar area, rooftop dining, balcony dining and very good food presented by knowledgeable wait staff. We love it when the staff knows the menu and how the food is prepared!" - Bill W. "My bestie and I popped in for dinner (we did have a reservation) while on a girls trip. We quickly recognized the menu was going to be fun for both of us-my bestie is gluten free. Our waiter was extremely accommodating and did an excellent job going through the gf options. I had the gnocchi (small portion) and she had a pizza with goat cheese and figs. Both were filling and very tasty. The bread was fresh and warm. YUM. Our overall experience was very pleasing & we both agreed we’d go again."- Mary S. Visited June 2018

"My husband and I visited Strada during our anniversary weekend. Both the service and the food were great. Morgan, our waitress, was friendly and very attentive. Our dishes were brought out fairly quickly and enjoyed by both of us. To top it all off, Morgan brought out a surprise serving of Tiramisu to help us celebrate. "The veggie lasagna was some of the best i'v had. A portion big enough for 2. served with a side salad, always nicely composed. Their balsamic vinaigrette is excellent.
Service is always excellent and great atmosphere. I also love their lunch special of 2 slices of pizza and a salad- good value and a large portion."

"My husband's family are straight from southern Italy, Benevento to be exact. He was thrilled with the food! Between us all we had mussels in vodka sauce, Chicken Scarpiello, trout, chicken parm and lasagne. All were excellent!! They also have a few vodkas and tequilas that are infused in house with tangerine, apple, cinnamon and some others (can't remember all). I can tell you my full blooded Paisano mother-in-law would have been thrilled with the everything! And Nonnie would be proud!" - Martina Visited May 2018


"Growing up on New York in the 50's and 60's totally spoiled me where Italian Food is concerned. Between endless Family Holiday meals, and phenomenal "pre-chain" days at neighborhood and NYC restaurants, it takes a lot to get a "wow" out of me.
So I say to Strada and the Chef Anthony Cerrato, "WOW"!!
It's not just that everything we ate was superb, it was the imagination, the preparation, the obvious freshness, the wait staff who were knowledgable, efficient, pleasant, and not territorial about at whose table we sat; the entire experience brought back fond memories.
My wife always feels bad when she can't finish a meal. We were so pleased to learn that leftover scraps get composted. How neat is that!?
We get to Asheville every 2 months or so and like to try different restaurants each trip.
This will definately be a repeater for us."
