Kitchen Appreciation
A 4% fee is added to all final bills to directly support and reward our hard-working kitchen staff. This fee helps attract and retain culinary talent, supports training and growth, and boosts food quality through team-wide investment. It’s not a substitute for fair wages—instead, it ensures kitchen staff share in the restaurant’s success. Unlike tips, which are not a legal option for hourly kitchen employees, or menu price increases, which would drive prices higher for the guest, this model incentivizes the kitchen staff and allows for the type of retention that has become hard to achieve otherwise. This fee, which amounts to $1 on $25 spent, helps keep our prices lower while fostering a stronger, more consistent dining experience for you, our guests.
